Slightly larger than the Cedar cottage, the Pine also sits just steps from the water's edge, approximately 20 feet from the Stable's private beach. Warm pine walls and private patio invite a family of four to relax and enjoy the views of Lake Champlain. One bedroom and one bathroom, kitchen and living room as well.

Court and Meadow
The Court is located on a rolling meadow with marvelous views of the fields and the lake. Three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, living and dining and deck areas. The most recent renovative project, the Court offers an excellent blend of charm and convenience.

The Meadow is adjacent to the Court Cottage. Absolutely charming with four bedrooms, two baths and ample deck area. Large kitchen/dining area gives even the discriminating gourmet the opportunity to prove their skills. A particular favorite of larger families.

This sky-lit guest cottage has become the Compound's most prized building. Its three bedrooms, two baths, dining room and spectacular oak-paneled Adirondack living room are a vacationers delight. Located adjacent to the tennis court, it enjoys an excellent view of the Lake.

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home on Lake Champlain. Fully equipped kitchen, great dining area which leads to a patio over looking the lake with awesome views. Sunken family room has sofa bed to facilitate additional sleeping space. Well manicured and expansive lawns. No pets, no smoking. Available Saturday to Saturday.
